Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You'll see the exact amount before you pay — no last-minute surprises.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays).

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Import Taxes

**We've got this covered.**

- **United States:** Under the de minimis threshold ($800), so no customs duties for most orders. If duties do apply, we pay them — not you.
- **Australia:** GST (10%) is included in the price for orders under AUD $1,000. For orders above that threshold, we pre-pay the import charges.

When we expand to the EU (Germany first), all orders will be processed through the **IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)** system. VAT will be collected at checkout — no surprise fees at your door, no calls from customs. It's the law, and it's also just the right way to do business.

Bottom line:** The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If anything changes, we'll eat the cost, not you.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers that serve real routes — not marketing buzzwords:

- **USPS / FedEx** — For US orders. Most packages arrive in 5–10 business days.
- **Australia Post** — For Australian orders. Typical delivery window is 7–15 business days.

Tracking is included with every order. You'll get a tracking number and a link in your confirmation email.

**Important:** Delivery time estimates are just that — estimates. Customs processing, extreme weather, holidays, or carrier delays can add a few days. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll figure out what's going on.

Shipping Costs

We charge what the carriers charge us. No markup, no "handling fees" — just the actual shipping rate for your order weight and destination.

For context, a typical keycap set (130–140 keys in a box) usually costs:
- **$6–12** to ship within the US
- **$8–15** to ship to Australia

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Stuff happens. Here's what we do about it:

Package Lost in Transit
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days and the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost:
- **We reship your order at no cost to you — or issue a full refund.** Your choice.

Damaged on Arrival
Open your package, find damaged keycaps? Send us photos within **7 days** of delivery and we'll replace them. No arguments, no hoops to jump through.

 Wrong Item Received
We're human. If we sent you the wrong set, let us know and we'll ship the correct one immediately — you keep the wrong one or we'll send a return label, whichever you prefer.

Address Errors
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us ASAP — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can fix it. If it's already in transit, we'll do our best to intercept it, but re-routing costs and re-delivery fees will be your responsibility. Take an extra second to double-check your address at checkout — it saves everyone a headache.

Returns

We offer a **30-day unconditional return policy.** If you don't love your keycaps for any reason — wrong color in your lighting setup, doesn't match your desk mat, just changed your mind — you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
