Order Processing & Confirmation
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email immediately after placing your order. A second “Order Shipped” confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent after your order has physically been dispatched.
Delivery Regions, Times & Costs
Region: We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
Times: Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time worldwide is approximately 5-15 business days. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, customs inspections, holidays, and weather conditions. Please refer to your tracking information for the most current status. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Costs: The product price you pay at checkout includes all applicable duties, import taxes (where applicable), and standard shipping costs. This means you will not face any additional charges upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check your package status on the carrier’s official website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Delivery Issues
Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipment or refunds may incur additional charges.
Lost/Damaged Package: If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@neokey.com with your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim or inquiry with the carrier.
