How will I know if my order is confirmed?​
After you place an order, you will receive an initial order confirmation email to acknowledge we have received your request. A final confirmation, which includes your tracking number, will be sent only after we have successfully verified product availability and processed your payment. You will receive this final confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
We ship our products globally. For most major destinations, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days. The actual delivery time depends on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and factors such as customs clearance and local carrier efficiency.
We strive to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. All orders are confirmed based on the price displayed at the time of purchase. We generally do not change the price after an order is successfully placed and confirmed.

Some items, such as final sale products, are non-returnable .
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on customer preference, return shipping fees and a handling fee may apply .
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. It typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. The time it appears in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
