Refund Policy

 Eligibility for Returns

   We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original, unused, undamaged, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and accessories attached, and returned in the original packaging. You will need to provide the original order number or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Request: Log into your account, find the order in “Order History” to submit a return request, or contact customer service via email. We will send you a Return Authorization and detailed instructions.

2. Ship Back: Please securely package the item according to our instructions and ship it to the provided address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it (typically within 3-5 business days). Once the item is confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process.

 Refund Details 

  Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.

Timing: The refund process is usually completed within 3-5 business days after inspection approval. The total time for the funds to appear in your credit card/account statement depends on your card issuer’s processing time and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

Scope: Only the cost of the product(s) is refundable. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Return Shipping Costs

  If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size, color, style), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 Non-Returnable Items

  For health and hygiene reasons, items such as personalized/customized goods, final sale items, underwear, and jewelry (unless defective) are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
